I am from Newfoundland Canada and live in the New Orleans area, hence, Newfie On The Bayou. I care alot about people, I love art & interior design, my favorite is Tuscan/Italian. I am not a retailer, I am a disabled house wife doing this as a hobby.

Everything is hand picked by myself. I look for good quality, reasonable prices, unique items, brand names, highly collectable, nice gifts, educational books, exceptional books, home decor...From a Non-Smoking environment. I try to imagine things that someone else would enjoy themselves or would be especially glad to give or receive.

Collectable, of good value, good quality, It must be appealing to me or what I feel someone else would like, I especially like Fleur Di Lis. But I like things that are unique and unusual too.

Cookbooks, I like Italian items, Tuscan. I love art, candles, dolls, Fleur Di Lis...

I have only been doing e-Bay for a short time. I think it is neat to find quality items at a good price and share that value with others. It is a pleasure meeting nice people from various places! I have had to take time off with my father passing away and caring for my mother and such. I plan to return very soon.

I ship within 1 business days of payment. Insurance is recommended for $1.35 for values up to $50. $2.35 for value to $100 so forth... we package well, however once item goes to the Post Office, we are not responsible for damage or losses. A claim may be filed only if insurance was purchased.

Payment must be received within 5 days after close of auction. All sales are final. However, we will gladly refund any purchase if description of item was misrepresented in auction. Qualified returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of item.(bidding cost only will be refunded) Buyer pays for all return shipping/insurance costs.
