Spikeout is not Fighting Force
My friends and I were really looking for to this game rocking back when it came out. This game had great potential. but really fell short in the fun factor department. It could have been the next step up from Fighting Force/Streets of rage and instead it was not even up to par with either. If you need a quick fix with a brawler then by all means go for this one, but do not expect to even care about finishing the game. You sit down and once you have played it for a few minutes you kinda get that "huh...whatever" feeling.
Anyway, it is great for collecting just to say you own it, but to say it is anything other than average...even for when it was made, then you would have had to have seriously missed out on a lot of other games that were far better.
