Nexicore Services, and its parent company Hartford Computer Group, is a diversified computer services company headquartered outside of Los Angeles. Originally founded in 1986 as a computer hardware leasing company, Hartford Computer Group and Nexicore have evolved steadily over the past two decades into a leading provider of diverse technology services. Today, Nexicore’s 450 employees operate out of five locations in the U.S. and Canada. Together, the five offices provide a comprehensive suite of IT services: hardware reselling; depot repair; onsite services; parts distribution; and hardware liquidation and disposal.

Payment policy
Payment is required within 3 days of auction close. If you do not pay for an item within 3 days, you will be reported to eBay as a non-paying bidder and the item will be re-listed.

We only accept payment through the PayPal checkout system. Please do not use any other checkout system.
You will receive a checkout email within 48 hours of auction close. Please use the instructions within. You may also use one of the green checkout buttons in the auction to complete payment. You do not need to send a Request Total e-mail via eBay.
We ONLY accept payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account. Sign up for a PayPal account
Shipping information
We only ship within the United States of America to a confirmed Paypal address. There are no exceptions to this policy. We do not ship to:
APO/FPO addresses
P.O. Boxes
U.S. Territories and Protectorates
Countries other than the U.S.
We currently ship via FedEx or DHL only. Please see auction specifics for details. Tracking numbers are automatically provided in shipment notification emails. We do not:
Offer combined shipping
Allow local pickup
Ship collect or third-party billing
Shipments are generally done within 24 hours of receipt of payment - unless your order is placed on a weekend in which case your order will be shipped on the next business day
Return policy
You must notify us within 7 days of receipt that an item does not function as described.
You must return the item to us within 15 working days of receipt of the RMA (see below). You are responsible for return shipping charges. The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it.
Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.
All defective items being returned must be packed in the original carton with original packaging material, or comparable packaging. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
