You must notify us within 7 days of receipt that an item does not function as described. You must return the item to us within 15 working days of receipt of the RMA (see below). You are responsible for return shipping charges. The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it. Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returned equipment MUST be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Returns must be received with 15 days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void. All defective items being returned must be packed in the original carton with original packaging material, or comparable packaging. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
