While initially a part was missing, it was a mistake made during testing of the VMU (the dust cap has to be removed to plug into the controller), and once alerted of the issue they quickly explained the problem, found the part, and shipped it out at no extra cost. The VMU is in fantastic condition and the seller was incredibly friendly and helpful. 3 Absolutely would buy from them again.
