OTHER THAN WHAT IS STATED AS NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER THE REFUND POLICY SECTION BELOW: IF THERE IS A DEFECT, CONTACT ME. The buyer may usually return the item in the same box and packaging it arrived in, with any accessories or other materials it came with. To request a refund, contact me first. Once we have corresponded and I agree to the beginning the refund process, I will send you return mailing label. Once the package is returned to the seller, and everything checks out (including serial numbers and photo identification ID, in which a record is kept and then verified), the seller will provide A FULL REFUND ONLY IF SAME ITEM WITH THE CORRECT ID AND/OR SERIAL NUMBER ITEM IS RETURNED.

I am a retired disabled person who tries to find good deals on things and then lists the goodies on eBay for additional income. I also sell things I have no longer need or want, but only items that I think are in very good shape and worthy of a sale. I am an eBay buyer myself and I understand how frustrating it can be to not get what you thought or to get it late. I go way beyond the call of duty for my buyers. I know what it is like to be in the buyer shoes and I make every effort to explain everything so you know what to expect. I try very hard to never make mistakes in shipping and to hurry, but I am just one person.
Payment policy
I accept Pay Pal payments ONLY. Please don't request an alternate payment method as I cannot accept any other method at this time.
Shipping information
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: I only ship to USA destinations. SHIPPING ADDRESS = SHIPPING ADDRESS FILLED IN THE PAYPAL FORM. I do not provide for local pick ups. SHIPPING DISCOUNTS: Please do not ask for shipping discounts prior to the final bid closing. I can’t determine what/if I can discount until I see how much you need shipped in one box. SHIPPING TIMELINE: Most of my buyers have their item within 7 days from the date of a CLEARED PAYPAL payment. It depends on the type of service that was chosen and the destination - see my feedback. PRIORITY MAIL AND UPS: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ship PRIORITY MAIL OR UPS, estimated time quoted by eBay is NOT the time it will take from the moment you win the bid. I don't package every day or the moment the bid ends. I package items up on Fridays after payments have cleared for that week then go to USPS/UPS on weekends to drop off. USPS/UPS will process the package the following Monday unless there is holiday, in which they'll process it after.
Return policy
For items that were shipped factory sealed and new: NO REFUNDS on OPENED DVD movies, opened CDS, VINYL RECORDS that have been opened, opened software, & opened video games (basically anything that could have been digitalized or ripped and copied, then repackaged). Items that are sold as NEW and-or Factory Sealed have never been opened or used by me. Therefore they are in factory or new retail condition. I do accept refunds on items that are still in this condition if they are still factory sealed & have never been opened. Please note that I take photos of each item & can tell if someone opened then resealed the item. Resealing will not ever look like the original seal. NO REFUNDS ON personal contact ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED such as wigs or earrings. This should be self-explanatory (it's just ew!). No Refunds on shoes or apparel. All clothes are sold AS IS. NO REFUNDS ON AS IS SALES WHICH WILL BE STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION. See above for more refund info.-ran out of room here...

UNDERSTANDING FEEDBACK
I HAVE AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION FOR SATISFIED BUYERS. Remember that if you rate positive, but write a negative comment, I consider that the equivalent of giving me negative feedback. BUYERS READ THE COMMENTS AS WELL AS THE RATINGS. I also ask that you do not leave odd negative feedback just because you did not LIKE the movie, the book, the game or the album, etc. I am not the producer, the author, the developer or the director. I don't usually provide positive feedback for those buyers who post negative ratings AND/OR comments without contacting me about a problem first. If you are new to eBay, please take a moment to educate yourself & understand the process & how things work, especially prior to ruining someone’s reputation. At eBay, reputation is EVERYTHING. Please communicate with me prior to leaving hasty feedback or even posting a negative comment with a positive rating. Negative comments are just as bad as a negative strike, especially against a seller.
MILITARY ADDRESS DESTINATIONS - NO REFUNDS
First I would like to preface the following policy with my utmost respect for military personnel who serve. My policies in no way reflect any prejudice or disrespect, but have evolved due to my large losses in items and sales revenue due to distribution and tracking problems that currently exist when shipping to a military addresses. USPS currently does not PROVIDE CONFIRMATION of delivery or tracking for military addresses at this time. I am very sorry about this but I ship using the papal / eBay/ UPS / USPS automated system and they do not provide for APO, FPO or other types of military addresses that are not standard USPS valid addresses. If shipping services changes the way they do this - i.e. if you find out that they can track to military addresses, please let me know and I will gladly change this policy!
