We are friendly, easy-going people who live in Western NY. We offer a small variety of services including web design, domain names, site hosting, audio/video production, and auction listing services (list it, sell it, get paid, and pay you).

I ship primarily by USPS Priority Mail, but pn occasion may use UPS ground. I item value is $100 or less, insurance is usually included. Otherwise, we strongly reccommend paying the additional insurance fee.

Unless stated in the auction listing, all items are sold AS-IS. We test items priot to posting and again at auction end prior to shipping. We will not intentionally send out an item that is DOA or appears to not work or work improperly. If the item is damaged suring shiping, it is YOUR responsibility to submit a claim for processing. Items that are returnable will have the return policy stated in the listing details. As is industry practice, shipping fees are not refunded.
