Trainers were lovely and clearly new but did not have any labels and came with a very crumpled box despite being described as 'brand new + tags & box'. Buyer was on holiday at the time of purchase which was not made clear at that point and would have been helpful to know as they took well over 2 weeks to arrive but my money was taken straight away. Both of these should have been made clear at the point of sale and not left to me to find out after the purchase was made. Very poor communication.
