I’m putting this as positive even though I didn’t receive the item. The item was listed incorrectly in the description. The seller acknowledged this very quickly and refunded me straight away which went back in to my bank straight away. I’m disappointed I didn’t get what I want because it was listed wrong, but nobody’s perfect. Customer service is always important and the customer service is what this review is based on, fast and quick to resolve, I would still order from them again.

This has been a most satisfactory transaction. The original item arrived having been damaged in the post. When the seller was contacted, they arranged to send an identical replacement without hesitation. This duly arrived in perfect condition. There were other complications around delivery addresses which the seller dealt with perfectly. If eBay have any awards for "seller of the year", Normans should definitely be on the shortlist.
