All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Thank you for your interest in Norma's Orchid Ranch. I became addicted to orchid growing 1987 while studying for my doctorate in Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. I also have five beautiful children and a wonderful husband.

We have a shade house attached to our home where many of the seedlings and compots are grown making them excellent home candidates. A Phalaenopsis or Paphiopedilum are wonderful choices for growing in your home. Their beautiful flowers typically last for months. Growing species and primary hybrids is also very popular and rewarding. I especially enjoy photographing orchids. I take pleasure in sharing any information I have assimilated on orchid growing so you can be a confident, sucessful grower.
