I have been an active seller on eBay since 2001. I run a home based woodworking business and greenhouse as well as working full time and selling here...

PayPal is preferred... will also accept money orders and checks. Personal and business checks create a 14 day shipping hold to allow the check to clear. I prefer not to recieve cash payments in the mail, though it does happen once in a while.

Shipping is mostly USPS Priority Mail. On some items, Media Mail or Parcel POst may be an option. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the auction. I charge actual shipping based on package weights or the closest approximation of the weight. If i overcharge on shipping inadvertantly by more than $2.00 I will refund the difference. Insurance is optional on most auctions, but it is recommended. I will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged after I pack and ship- I pack items carefully and breakage has never been a problem even on fragile items.

Most sales are final. I will refund on a sale ONLY if the item was misrepresentd in the auction description. Some items are NO REFUNDS at all. I am a Trading Assistant and when I sell items for other people or as part of an estate I will not refund. In case of a problem, buyer is expected to contact me with the nature of the problem. If a refund is appropriate, a return shipping authorization will be sent to the buyer and I will refund once I recieve the item back in the same condition I shipped it out in originally. I will not refund until I recieve the items back under any circumstances.
