Hello everyone...well I have decided that I can no longer afford to stay on eBay. With the economy being the way it is my sales are few and far between. So I have to give it a break. Thank you all for your business. Hopefully I will be back.

I strongly believe in the feedback system with eBay. In my mind, it is who I am on eBay! I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and if something went wrong with a transaction I want to know so it makes me stronger as a seller and if I did everything right and the winning bidder is happy I like to know I am doing my job! In buying or selling I feel it is a very important step in completing a transaction. If a problem should occur during a transaction I hope that the buyer/seller would first email me so we can solve the problem before the feedback step...thus preventing a bad experience for both buyer and seller.

I am now using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Services. What I like about these two services is the fact that insurance is included so if there is any situations with the actual shipment my customer is protected and the arrival time is prompt. Another important factor is the item is boxed well and the handling of the package is outstanding. I have had NO damage complaints what so ever! Sure, it is a little more expensive, but well worth it.

I feel it to be important that my customers know that I use actual weight when shipping items. In shipping anything it is expensive be it how small or big. With prices rising it is important to remember that shipping costs is out of my hands. I use USPS Priority and UPS Services because they handle my packages with care and there is less damage reported and that is important to me. We as the consumer may have to pay more but it saves money when we don't have to deal with a broken item due to shipping, the sending back of the product, etc...which actually saves us time and money. I again stress that I use actual shipping weights.
