Hi, My name is mark and i have about 20 years on ebay. This is my secondary site which I am having to use more because I am locked out of my main site at the moment which is isawbigfoot. I have around 3,600 feedback on that site and 4,800 items sold. all told that is about 5,600 sales and 4,100 total feedback so you can see I know what I am doing and take good care of all my customers from communication to fast well packed shipping and refunds many times as soon as a reasonable request is made. I still make mistakes and once in a while I get sloppy and miss something which I could have caught. In that event if your item is not as described I will pay for any return ship cost.
