I am 50 years old, married for 33 years to my soul mate. Have 5 grown children (3 girls & 2 boys)(3 married, 1 engaged, 1 newly graduated & starting college) and 5 grandchildren (4 girls & 1 boy). Family means the most to me. I love to kayak & read.

Most of my items are from our now closed gift shop. Selling them at wholesale prices. Other items are from estate sales, yard sales, & flea markets - bought mainly for their uniqueness, beauty, or because someone posted a WANT IT NOW post wanting one.

I don't buy anything, since right now my main goal is to recoup the money we have in the store inventory, in order to pay our bills so we can save our small family farm. Please help us. Thank you & God bless you all.

I love researching genealogy and if you are needing information about your family that may have roots here in WV, just let me know. I have recorded cemeteries, courthouse records, and have a large collection of WV & some VA records available to me at home. I take photos of tombstones, too. If interested in information, let me know & I'll do a quick preliminary search to see if I can gather enough information for you, then I will let you know what the cost will be, then offer the same information in a listing on eBay, so you cann buy it. I usually only charge my gas to gather the info, the cost of copying records or getting CERTIFIED records, the cost of my family sheets & printing, postage for mailing, cost of listing & payment transaction, & a little for my time. I already have much information on the MOSTELLER, BROGAN, PAULEY, FOWLER, GRALEY, JANNEY, MYNES, HILL, DUNLAP, & many other families. I am trying to see if there is a flat rate per generation that can be charged.

Owned & operated simultaneously a Genealogy Research & Publishing business called GENEALOGY DATA BOOKS, a kayak rental & excursions business called KAYAKS ETC. of WV, & our gift shop called NOT WHAT'S GIFTS. Closed them all down to spend more time with my family, because I had devoted 2 years to building them up, only to have some punks renting the apartment above the store we rented break in & clean out the till, steal merchandise, and destroy the front door that had been there since 1906. So now I am selling it off, while helping other people find things they want or need.

Prefer PayPal to PayPal and if contacted ahead of time, will offer a discount when paying this way. Also accept regular PayPal, money orders, or cashiers checks, if prompt in sending them.

I am usually near the post office at least twice a week, so will usually ship as soon as the payment clears, or within 2-4 days of payment, unless it falls on the weekend or holiday, then it may take a few days longer, but rarely. My S&H includes cost of postage, cost of Delivery Confirmation, a little bit to help defray the cost of listing & payment transactions, cost of printing labels (paper & computer ink), cost of extra special packaging materials when needed, and a little for gas for my car to go to post office (I live in a rural area). I combine S&H for multiple purchases, basing the cost on the weight & size of package, shipping destination, packaging materials needed, and a discount on the payment transaction costs (since there is only one flat fee + the percentage charged to me when combined into one payment).

I do not offer returns, since I describe my items completely & to the best of my knowledge, since I am not an expert. I also have photos for you to view. I am willing to answer extra questions BEFORE you bid or buy an item, so if you are unsure of it, don't buy it, unless you are willing to accept it AS IS & AS DESCRIBED. I cannot afford to eat the cost of postage, since it is so high. Thus, NO RETURNS.
