NSS Media: - Has been in business since January 1999 -Assists others to sell their product on Ebay by listing and managing the sale of their items through the Trading Assistant Program. - Provides media related items for sale on Ebay, such as Audio CD's, Collectible Sid Dickens Tiles, and Hand-Made crafts. - Occasionally provides tickets to live concerts events.

PAYPAL is the only acceptable method of payment. Money Orders or cheques are not covered under Ebay's Purchase Protection Program. All sales in Canada are subject to GST of %5. All Sales in Ontario are subject to PST of %8

We use Canada Post to ship Internationally. For North America, we use Express Post, Small Packet, and Expedited Parcel - which are all very efficient. For overseas shipments to countries such as Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Netherlands, we use Small Packet air (when possible), International Parcel Air or Surface, or Express Post. Shipping rates determined by Canada Post are based on weight and size and arrival timelines are based on method chosen. Surface shipping overseas can take between 8-12 weeks.

Event Tickets: A refund will be issued in the event of cancellation, or if the tickets are not received in time for the show. For postponed events which have been rescheduled for a later date, tickets cannot be returned for a refund. If standard shipping is chosen instead of shipping with tracking number, there will be no time or delivery guarantees, and no tracking number. Shipping and ALL Associated listing/auction fees are NON-Refundable. Fragile Items: In the event of breakage where the postal company is at fault, an equivalent exchange will be issued upon receipt of the damaged item. The damaged item must be returned within 10 days of notifying me of breakage, or else it becomes ineligible for an exchange. Canada Post will not insure Glass or Ceramics in the mail, however NSS Media will do its best to repair or exchange an item of similar value. We take great care in the way we pack fragile items, so the chance of damage is minimal.
