My goal is to be a seller that I, myself would like to buy from. Good communication is very important to me and accuracy in item description. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. I check my e-mail several times a day.
I stock all of the items that I sell and ship directly to you. Buy with confidence that your item will not be backordered or cancelled, as I only list the quantity of items that I personally have on hand. Like many other Ebay sellers, I once shipped directly from distributors, which often resulted in items becoming out of stock and cancelled orders, so I decided to stock all of my items to prevent such disappointments from occurring. Because I stock all of my items, orders are shipped more quickly and customers are much happier!

Shipping information
Items typically ship the following shipping day, but always within 2 business days of payment. I use both UPS and USPS for shipping and tracking information is provided via PayPal Shipping.
Tracking information is sent via PayPal when your shipping label is printed so that you can track your shipment from my home to yours.
Please make sure to check the shipping status of your item by logging into PayPal and viewing your purchase transaction prior to contacting me for your tracking information, as sometimes shipment notifications can end up in junkmail with your e-mail filter, but your tracking information, once uploaded, will be viewable by logging into PayPal.
Return policy
RETURNS:
REPLACEMENT OF SAME PRODUCT GIVEN WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. Because I sell mostly bedding items, it is far too expensive to accept returns under other circumstances, as bedding sets are bulky and too costly to ship both ways unless a damaged or defective item needs replaced.
We can only offer a replacement of the same item only and can only accept returns of damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery, so please research your item prior to making your purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days. It is very important to notify us right away, because if your item is damaged during shipping, we must have timely information to submit a claim.
I am not a rigid seller. Occassionally exceptions can be made to extend the replacement period. I try to be the type of seller I would personally want to buy from, but please also be fair with me. If you have questions, please just ask.
