I believe in excellent customer service. Due to medical problems I can no longer work fulltime & need to sell some things so that I can 1)pay the bills and 2) move in my apartment. I love to shop & I have way too much stuff...much of it never used!

I owned my own retail artificial plant and Christmas store for 16 yeard. I closed it to go back to school to become a hospice nurse. I graduated but am now unable to work a physical job. All of what I am selling is either left from my business or things I purchased for my own use or collection. Eventually I would like to open an ebay store. You will find me to be honest to a fault and eager to give the best customer service possible. I come from the era of the customer is always right which I still believe is the way we should do business. I check my email several times a day unless I am off house sitting and then I usually only check once a day.

PayPal. All merchandise must be paid for within 72 hours or I will relist.

I ship domestically only and will try to shipp as inexpensively as possible, combining items when requested and refunding overpayments. I prefer USPS, but will ship however you want. Local people can save the shipping and make arrangements to pick up items.

I allow returns on most items (unless the listing states differently). I must be notified by email prior to return stating the reason for the return. I will respond as to how the return should be made. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways unless I agree in writing that I will pay due to misrepresentation of the item. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent out, unused if new.
