we hope to be able to deliver your item within the timescale originally specified in the product description, but this time is subject to manufacturing variables. If we envisage any problems, we will contact you via email and await your instruction. specially requested small or large finger sizes, certain bespoke designs and complex orders, may take 4-6 weeks to complete delivery. in any event we will contact you to let you know the proposed date of delivery and we will always mark an item (via email) as being dispatched when necessary. all items will usually be packaged in NUTTALLS of CHESTER Ltd brand packaging and will be further packaged for delivery. all items will usually be delivered via 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' or 'Royal Mail Airsure' with full tracking and insurance.

if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase on receipt (certain exceptions apply - see below), and you notify us of the problem within 7 days of receipt (starting the day after receipt), then as long as you return it to us, unused, in its original condition along with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt, then we will refund to you the full price you paid (less any third party transaction fee) within 30 days of us receiving the returned item in its original condition. we regret that we will be unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
