I have a slight background in sales through an insurance company, and have sold services for a lawn service company for almost two years now. eBay is a wonderful opportunity for me to build my business, and hopefully some day I can provide a service or products for people across America! I believe that the primary goal of a business is to get customers the products or services in a timely manner, and to the best of my ability, satisfy their wants and needs. The connection between customer and business is communication. To be on the same page, both customer and business must be open and express their wants and needs in order to come to a mutual understanding and agreement. If I take care of you, then I would expect in return, that you take care of me. There's a simple rule in life that I follow, and I believe applies to business: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I currently accept PayPal, although I have an advanced account, I am set up to take credit cards. I honestly prefer PayPal.

I usually will ship through UPS, since I have had an outstanding relationship with them. They are the tightest shipping in the shipping business. They also offer free insurance up to $100 declared value. I can ship through the postal service on smaller items, since it is a little bit less expensive.

I understand that sometimes the shipping process can be rough on certain items, and try to gear my return policies to protect both the buyer and myself. On most products, I offer a 3-7 day return policy after the customer receives the item. I list the return policy in the description and at the bottom. On higher listed items, I will consider returns due to buyer's remorse.
