Most domestic items are shipped within 1 business day. I try to reuse packaging materials to be respectful to the environment and energy reproduction. It also helps lover the Handling fees. Please let me know if you must have brand new packaging, otherwise I will utilize what is available for reuse. I provide international shipping on all of my items (exceptions may occur). International items require me to go to the post office due to the customs policy of US. Therefore, to consolidate my post office trips, international orders will be shipped on Friday or Saturday. Please add an extra 2-3 weeks for your item's arrival. From Singapore to Turkey, I shipped items all around the world with no problems ever.

On most items returns are not accepted. Most of my product line consists of cosmetics items. I try to use the best pictures and explanations to correctly describe the item. Unless there is anything very seriously inaccurate or wrong, it is your responsibility to decide to purchase the item. For cosmetics due to hygienic reasons, returns naturally can not be accepted.
