eBay My World: obasan120( 1060)

I wish I could plaster this on the front of my whole site. I am so over the feedback policies I don't think I will participate in anymore feedback. I have had two crazees coming after me, lying about my items, being just as nasty as they could be...Ebay is protecting them and penalizing me. I gave one person a total refund,the other offered one, but hey he would never get the size plants that I sent him for the little bit of money that he paid...and yet he's out to ruin me. I am very angry. They are trying to destroy my business out of some sense of what? I have COPD and cannot breathe sometimes too well, I had a bad attack and was unable to do the plants for a little over a week..I emailed everybody and they all said take your time..send them when you feel better, I offered refunds they wanted the plants. This guy then turns around & flies a claim against me for non delivery. Well, I had sent them by then & I had confirmation of it..so he then claims Not as represented..lovely huh...
