Laptop mostly arrived as advertised. The serial port metal shroud was bent and this was not conveyed in the seller's listing that showed the port being in good condition and free from damage. That said, the laptop is in good working order after replacing the bios and laptop batteries. Price was good, shipping was incredibly fast, and the item was very well packed. Seller communication was prompt. Despite the small issue, would do business with again.

Item shipped was exactly the device as described. Unit was properly packed with a combination of bubble and plastic wrap, and arrived in described condition. Unit was 100% functional. Shipping time was fine on seller's end (parcel service lost the package briefly, so delivery was delayed, but not the fault of seller). Seller provided automated updates for delivery. Automated feedback was hard to parse (no formatting), but welcome. Would purchase from this seller again.
