We do in-house professional quality shipping on most items. However we will recommend special packaging or shipping on certain items when appropriate. Most items are sent via priority mail or freight for large items.

Most items we offer are offered with a return policy. If it is not as described then you can return it for a complete refund...period. However, there are certain occasions (and we will clearly state AS IS within description) where the item is offered through a forced liquidation. Forced liquidation items are items (usually where we have contracted through a collectors/estate bankruptcy proceedings or special trust agreement through death or other) these MUST be sold immediately (forced). These are offered at often ridiculously low opening bid amounts or buy it now (as is). Concerning (As Is) ,those items are sold guaranteed as described BUT do not necessarily mean (in fact rarely mean) sold because of damage, damage is always noted when inspected. We will ALWAYS honor a return on ANY item listed inaccurately.
