This was an email we recieved. It not only tells of a shipping blunder, which I take full responsibility for, but more importantly, it demonstrates the kindness, integrity and thoughtfullness of James, one our customers in Australia.

thought i'd let you know there was an error made some how with regard to postage of this item (s).
A very nice customer of your, James from Melbourne recieved both my order and his together, thankfully in keeping with every great experience dealing with you he has very kindly forwarded the post ( i will leave positive feedback on arrival ) i just thought you might like to know as i know you really do value your trading reputation and may seek to investigate what happened . Anyways i thought it worthy to share with you because as you are, i'm a firm believer that 99.9% intend to do the right thing ,so a big thank to James as he could easily have just returned to sender !.
