Muy buen libro.
Decidi comprar este libro despues de haber escuchado regularmente un CD de Deepak Chopra. Te lleva por un analisis profundo de lo significa realmente vejez. Ademas de lo poderosa que es la mente. Los cambios que puede ocasionar en el cuerpo fisico con solo acondicionar la conciencia a nuevos pensamientos. Cambiar esos viejos patrones de pensamiento por nuevos en relacion a la vejez. Compara con estudios cientificos que se han hecho a traves de la historia. Recomiendo el libro a aquellos que deseen cambiar las creencias que les ha impuesto la sociedad a traves de los años y siglos, en relacion al tema de la vejez.

Excellent Book for a any crystal healer apprentice
Excellent Book!! This is an excellent book for any crystal healer apprentice, or for anyone with the desire to learn more about crystals and their amazing proterties. It is very easy to understand and explains from the scientific perspective to the spiritual perspective in a very simple way. It does not detail the properties of each crystal, but it summarizes different types of crystals, how to center and ground yourself, it has meditations, how to do a crystal healing, chakras, meridians and much more. It is pack with very helpful information.

Extremely cheap product
Too thin. Poorly made. Bends easily and parts came off easily. Not worth it. Also, it says stainless steel, but it is not.
