Does its job well!
Somehow in a cross-country move a couple years ago, I lost the power supply to my WD5000H1U-00 external hard drive. Didn't need info on it until a couple weeks ago. When I tried other chargers I owned to see if they would fit (multi-devices share some of my chargers), and none fit, I ordered this ac adapter/power supply. I plugged into outlet, external hard drive, and USB port as soon as it came, and was thrilled to see it indeed fit my model that was listed and that it worked great.
