What everyone should know about me
I spent some time in the markets of Old Jerusalem when I was younger, and have never forgotten the wonderful haggling and bartering I saw and learned to become proficient at there. It's an art form, and I was honored to learn from the best!
Things I sell
I sell the things I like to own myself. I think you have to love what you sell in order to do really great at selling it. And also to make it worth the time you spend selling it. It's not all about dollars and cents, although that's important! If you can't be passionate about what you are doing, you're wasting your time. Life is too short to spend it doing things you don't love.
Things I buy
I buy anything that is offbeat, funky, quirky, different, out of the ordinary, and hard to find. Something no one else has.
Things I collect
Ask me and my husband and you will get two different answers! Ask him, and he will mouth the word J-U-N-K! behind my back (like I don't know that's what he thinks! lol.) Ask me, though, and I'll tell you I collect treasures. Pieces of memories. Old memories. Future memories. Treasures to make you imagine things beyond the scope of where - or even who - you are right now. Things that make you think. Things that make you laugh. Things that make you fall in love. That is what I collect. Just ignore that guy behind me! Uh...just kidding, honey!

Gone with the Wind, Anne of Green Gables, Jean Auel's Earth's Children Series, Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt Novels, and lately, I have just discovered Elizabeth George. She spins a pretty good tale.
