DEAD BEAT SELLER ALERT. Cancelled order without obtaining buyer's permission 5 days after payment. I initially requested a discounted best offer because of the item listed as new having obvious rust in the pictures from poor storage conditions. Seller said no rust no discount- so I just paid full price. His reason for cancelling was because when he went to ship he THEN noticed rust on the parts that I new were rusted and had already paid for. He is ghosting my emails. BUYER BEWARE!!

SELLERS BEWARE!!!! This is the guy we all wish would just pass on by. He first tried to get the item for nothing saying the item looked weathered like it had been stored outside, NOS item. When I pulled the item to ship and noticed a couple minor rust spots so I emailed him to let him know. He didn't respond to the emails for 3 or 4 days so I canceled the transaction instead of shipping it to him to avoid him returning the item. He told me that he was a CIVIL ENGINEER, whatever that means, lol.

I don't know exactly what deluxe means because the cover will last only one season. I buy one every every year. Its an okay value for the price.
