The default shipping selection is United State Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS and FedEx can be requested. Several buyers have expressed concerns about the apparent additional expense of using USPS Priority Mail. The USPS provides shipping containers and tracking numbers as part of the charges for Priority Service. If we used less expensive services, we'd include charges for tracking numbers and containers in our S&H, and the net result is essentially the same charges to you, the customer. In the end, you get the same service and a day or two quicker delivery.

We accept returns for stock items such as prints of sheet maps. If you'd like to return such an item, please contact us for an RMA number before you ship it to us. Also, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of you item to arrange a return. You are responsible for shipping charges in both directions if the item is undamaged. If we shipped you an incorrect item, we'll cover shipping charges. We will replace damaged custom items such as jigsaw puzzles if the item is missing pieces or has been improperly manufactured. Since we manufacture these items as you order them, we generally will not accept returns if the item is otherwise undamaged.
