I would give the buyer 10 days to pay for the product. Anything except Paypal will wait until it clears before the item is shipped.

There will be a a $25.00 returned check fee added to the cost of the item and it will be sent through again. If it is returned again, I will add another $25.00 and send it through one last time. If it comes back again the buyer will be billed $75.00 and the deal would be canceled. If more than one person bid on the item,the next highest Buyer will have the oppertunity to buy the item.
