My items are shipped in above normal industry standard packaging. I take great pride and care in insuring each item is packaged securely enough so it arrives to you in the same condition sent.
Return policy
Normal return policy is 7 days. Items MUST be returned in the heat sealed flip or slab as originally purchased. If you remove an item from these secure containers, refunds will not be accepted. This is standard industry practice. My bottom line though is your complete satisfaction as I want you to return. I am not in business for the short term. I value each and everyone of my customers.
