I have embarked on a new life, selling vintage ads from my eBay Store. So far, I love it. I retired in June 2006 from typesetting after more than 25 years. Before that, I had been in hospital supply work. Five kids (two rounds), 6 fine grandkids.

They All Gave
These ads are a sobering reminder of how deeply the war affected everyone in the country. Most manufacturers changed to making products for the war rather than their usual rods, reels, outboards or hooks. One says, double tie your lure so you don't lose it—you won't be able to find another one until the war is over. These are one of a kind items. When one is sold, there probably is not another one to replace it. Get a piece of American history while you can.

Hello, While brousing through antique outboard motors I ran across your store and noticed that the location was Red Bank NJ. Have you ever heard of the Sea Wolf boat. I had a 16-17 footer years ago but no more. I had some original ads but gave them to my son. It was a flat bottom skiff with a four cylinder gray engine. It was a seaworthy boat.
