I am a true person. I strive to be happy on a daily basis and laughter is good for your soul! I do what it takes to keep my friends, family and customers coming back for more! I work hard to provide for a good life for my son and I do everything I can to make sure my son and my family and friends feel loved every day. I am an honest, caring person who wants nothing but the best in everything I do.

I have been in retail, restaurant and customer service all my life. Providing great service and customer satisfaction are all I know! I have a lot of management experience and I try to apply that to my current business. I opened my eBay store a year ago and I approached it as a business, not just a way to make a buck. I researched, wrote business plans, developed policies and procedures and set-up my financial accounts for business before I ever made my first sale. I learn every time I sell something and I apply it to the next sale. I have long-term goals and business growth ahead of me and I will be here selling and growing until eBay is no longer eBay. I want people who shop from me to know that I am in business to be in business but that there is a human being behind that computer screen!
Payment policy
I prefer Paypal, but I am happy to accept cashier's check, money orders and even personal checks (as long as they are drawn on a national bank).
Shipping information
I ship within 2 business days of received and cleared payments. I typically use the USPS, but ever since their recent hefty rate hikes, I have started to branch out and use federal express, UPS and DHL. I used to offer flat rate shipping, but with so many shipping otions now, I am leaving it up to the customer. I now offer a few options for my customers to calculate and choose for themselves. I typically package and weigh the item before listing so I can get as close to an accurate weight as possible. I don't want anyone to overpay for shipping. It's already expensive enough!
Return policy
My return policy differs for each item. I usually allow returns within 7 days of receiving the item, but sometimes things change depending on what the item is or if my client is ok with accepting returns or not. It is always best to read my return policy for the specific item being listed!
