Why Do You Have a 4.8 on Shipping and handling charges when you have Free Shipping? I keep scratching my head over that one. (see my pic)

Well one of my wiseass grand kids found the pic and showed it to everyone who knows me..and everyone of them just lost it with laughter when they saw it..most laughed so hard they had tears in their eyes..a couple others actually pulled their stomach muscles from laughing so hard. This picture haunts me..every bithday, christmas, and every hallmark moment I get some form of this picture. In the form of coffe mugs, calanders, towels, posters, dart board, and those hideous my granpa (or father and yes even my husband) actually looks like this T-shirts. Well besides the few remaining hairs that stand straight up, the close together eyes, the orange complection, and the who..what?? exspression I would say it does not look like me at all.
