Returns will be accepted with Return Authorization only. You must obatin R/A within 72 hours of receiving the item and request the Return Authorization number. Upon receipt we will replace the item if necessary. All Returns are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee that will be dedcuted from a refund if applicable.
