All orders will ship within 72 hours, unless otherwise noted. In rare instances some shipments are delayed up to 5 days since much of our product line is custom built. We will always let you know up front when your item will ship.

Returns will be accepted with Return Authorization only. You must obatin R/A within 72 hours of receiving the item and request the Return Authorization number. Upon receipt we will replace the item if necessary. All Returns are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee that will be dedcuted from a refund if applicable. Software and Video media are non-returnable & non-refundable.
