I'm a true native Floridian, as was my mother - my dad came to Florida on vacation from Missouri in the late 50's and decided to stay - he'd had enough of the cold! So, how did I start selling seeds and plants? Well, I think it all comes back to my love of nature and my Dad's work ethic - he taught me to never waste anything (he was the ORIGINAL king of recycling, trust me! So when the plants that I loved started producing seeds, I just couldn't let them fall on the ground, I knew there had to be something I could do with them so they wouldn't be wasted. Then I discovered Ebay and selling on the internet, that was in 2002. I started with a few seeds from the plants in my yard and as I added more plants, I added more seeds. I'm not a 'professional' gardener or even a master gardener, I'm just a regular gardener and plant lover sharing the flowers and plants that I love and that I find easy to grow (because I don't have time to dote on plants!) with other plant lovers like you
