I am new to ebay but have been in business making and selling jewelry since 2002, selling at wineries and festivals in California, Washington and Oregon.

Currently PayPal is the only payment method I accept.

I ship out once per week on Fridays via USPS, UPS or Fedex Ground depending on the item and the destination.

Currently I don't accept returns. I will describe the items I sell as clearly and honestly as I can and put up as many photos as possible so the buyer knows what he or she is buying. I will pack the item like it's fine china even if it's not so that the buyer receives the item in the condition it was in when I shipped it. If insurance is possible I will try to offer it. I encourage buyers to ask me as many questions as they need and to request more photos as needed to feel comfortable purchasing my items.
