Seller mailed package right away, USPS never updated any tracking info, packaged arrived and USPS still doesn't even show its left. reminder this is not the fault of the seller thats on USPS, twice I contacted the seller and both times they responded right away, I was actually surprised how quickly they responded. The controller works so far, so I'm happy there. However, the photo in the listing is absolutely not the same unit I received. The one in the photo is basically mint while the one I received was pretty heavily scratched and scuffed and was absolutely filthy. The last owner was obviously a smoker. The sticker in the battery compartment was also punctured indicating the unit has been opened before. Packaging for shipping was also lackluster. Just a thin bubble envelope with no extra padding
