BUYER/SELLER BEWARE!!!! Makes false claims and clearly doesn't know how to run a business! She files false claims saying she doesn't receive her merchandise when tracking shows delivered. Then files a claim saying item doesn't match description, when it clearly is the exact item in the photos. Writes a message saying "my husband laughed at me"! Now that her husband is laughing at her she wants a refund! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SELLING TO HER!!

Item WASN’T RECEIVED as described in listing. Listing showed badge reel about the size of 2-3 in. I received a badge reel that was around 6-7 in wide & 4 in. tall. It is hideous looking. THIS IS WHAT MY HUSBAND LAUGHED AT-THAT IT WAS HUGE & IN NO WAY ABLE TO BE WORN COMFORTABLY IN A MEDICAL SETTING. Item is 2X the size of a normal badge reel. Pictures sent to eBay showing a normal badge reel beside the atrocity I received. Claim filed as undelivered due to not shipped till 11 days after purchase

Not Solar As Described.
This product clearly states that it is solar! It DEFINITELY IS NOT! I went to an outdoor event that had me outdoors in BRIGHT sun for over 8 hours and my phone was at 70% charge so I hooked it up to charger and it charged 2% in that 8 hours. The block was even fully charged for 24 hours so it should have charged more than 3% from the charge it was supposed to be holding from the block charge. Highly disappointed in this product. Complete waste of money and now is just sitting in my junk drawer.
