Please note that we will only deliver to the address that is registered to your ebay account, if you wish to change your delivery address then please do it at the time of order, we will not be held responsible for failed deliverys to addresses that are not on the ebay checkout, therefore we will not be looking for change of addresses on the back of cheques, letters or emails (OTHER THAN THROUGH EBAY AT THE TIME OF ORDER)

All our goods are stored in our 4500sq ft warehouse in Hyde, Cheshire, 1 minute from Junction 3 of the M67, making access for collection very easy. COLLECTION CHARGES DO APPLY (see our adds for further details).
Payment policy
We accept payment by Paypal, Cheques, Postal Orders and all major credit & debit cards although we would wait for clearance on these before dispatch. if you are paying by credit card you will need to call our customer service line on 0161 351 1888.
Shipping information
All our P&P prices are what we are charged by our carriers, we currently use Parcelforce & Citylink. We will always use the most economical carrier for shipping your item. If you have a prefered carrier that we use please contact us before bidding as the cost may increase or they may not be able to carry the size of item you are buying.
All our Postage is quoted for UK mainland only.
If you live in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands or Northern Ireland You should contact us for a quotation before buying from one of our ads. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to the Channels Islands.
If your payment clears before 12.00 midday we always aim to ship your goods the same day, our carriers work monday to friday (9-5) and ALL items MUST be signed for if you are unable to be home for your delivery then we can ship to your work address.
Return policy
We only accept faulty returns as we do not offer home approval on any of our products; therefore please ensure that you do your research before buying from our listings. Any faulty return will be at the cost of the buyer and a replacement will be sent, in the event of a replacement not being available we will offer a refund.
Please ensure that you sign for all goods as unchecked, as in the very unlikely event of good being damaged in transit we are unable to claim for your loss. Once you assemble an item we are unable to claim against any damage in transit. Fragile items and glass are not insured unless you pay the additional insurance premium, if you do not pay the premium we cannot claim, we have no exceptions to these terms and conditions; please also ensure that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt. All our photo's are for illustration purposes only and therefore may be subject to minor product variation, we will not accept returns for product variation

so all your purchases include VAT, making those savings even greater. If you require a VAT receipt please let us know and we will send one with your goods.
Collection from our warehouse is now available
Collection in person (not by your carrier) is available Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (by appointment) please note there is a collection fee on most of our goods if we do not state a price in our add then please contact us for confirmation of cost.
We have had to implement a collection fee as we have had to invest heavily to allow our valued customers the opportunity to collect goods (and save money) when they live locally, the collection charge means that you are insured should you have an accident whilst on our premises, it also means you will be served quickly and on your way home with your new purchase without delay, as we have increased our staffing levels to accommodate the increase in collections. If you do not wish to pay a collection charge then we are more than happy for you to pay the P&P charges, and we will ship your goods straight to your door.
Please note that our collection charges are not negotiable.
