Payment policy
You have a choice to pay with PayPal, postal order, Credit Card, Debit Card, International Money Order or cheque. If sending a cheque or postal order, please be sure to write your item number and address on the reverse. Please ensure we receive payments within 10 days once checkout is complete.
Shipping information
Delivery of your winning auction will be within 1-2 working days (UK) or 5 working days (rest of Europe and Ireland) of us receiving payment excluding weekend auctions or bank holidays.
Winning auctions paid by postal orders or cheque will be despatched as soon as payment has been received and cleared. You will be kept up to date regarding your order via e-mail
Return policy
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect, will be accepted as returns within the specified time period (usually seven days).
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalised pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). We will also refund the cost of giftwrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
Onlinechoices will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
