eBay My World: only2jane( 1312)

Hello and thanks for taking time to stop here. I am retired and I am a hopeless pack rat trying to overcome a clutter problem in my home. I decided Ebay is a good way to do that since others will benefit from things I am not using.

I sell mainly clothes and especially jeans. I plan to sell a lot of my art work eventually. I have a lot of sketches, pastels, ink washes and some paintings I did when I studied Art in Grad School

ewww, as I said I am a pack rat and buy anything that appeals to me at the time to put on a shelf in case I might need it later!! Ugh Help! My possessions now own me!

pack rats collect anything and everything, you never know what you might find here next as I keep digging through my attic. yikes! Janes-Junk-Shop on ebay is an appropriate seller's name. At the time I chose it I didn't realize it was prophetic.

I don't like putting it under hobbies but I am an artist and I am married to my paint brush, not much else matters. Anything for the sake of Art I always say.

Art books galore, and recent additions include working with metal, jewelry, and sculptures.

I love any movies with dry subtle wit and humor. Not overly english but films like phone booth, free way, falling down to mention a few.

Music? Oh my I have eclectic collections of a broad variety of all kinds even some ethnic. Mainly though I love Blues. I also enjoy classical, classic rock, folk, jazz, grunge, metal, alternative, techno, native american drums, african chants, asian like kitaro, greek as in the film zorba, very little hip hop but some is ok depending who the artist is. Some country especially Emmylou Harris. I favor artists Tom Waits, Nina Simone, The Band, Robbie Robertson, Heart, the Neville Brothers, and many Chicago and Delta Blues musicians.

I believe that if we all stand together we can create social change. Together we stand and divided we fall doesn't have to be empty words it can be a form of action. Speaking of actions, they really do speak louder than words. Good things spread, so doing one kind deed a day for someone else helps plant seeds of good will. We must make an effort not to judge others we don't know where they have been. We only have four cheeks we can turn so when it gets down to that last one it's time to start taking better care of ourselves.

I have been through the school of hard knocks and Im a a real success story. At a late age I managed to study Art and have a BA in Visual art and studied Art as Therapy 2/3 of the way through grad school. I didn't finish because I got a job offer to be a counselor. Upon retirement I got involved in selling a few things on Ebay to supplement my meager income.

Paypal is the only way to go as a payment method. It allows you to use your credit cards or Bank Accounts and no one but paypal has access to your personal information. It offers protection and is a great mediator between the buyer and seller
