Bidders pay actual shipping costs; no handling fees are ever added. Domestic shipments through USPS Priority Services or UPS 2nd Day. International through USPS Global Guaranteed or FedEx Intl. All shipments must be fully insured. USPS Priority will no longer insure Fine Jewelry internationally, and USPS Guaranteed, FedEx, and UPS no longer will insure international fine jewelry shipments over $500.00, so those must be insured through Parcel Pro, FedEx's authorized insurance partner.
Return policy
Returns are accepted on unworn jewelry within 7 days of confirmed delivery date, minus a 15% re-stocking fee and any shipping costs. No returns on Close Out, Estate or Charity items. No returns on non-jewelry items.
