I am disappointed with this seller. First the response time is too slow! I bought a MacBook and it was iCloud locked but didn't say in the description that the item was unusable so I immediately ran into trouble. I requested a full refund, the seller offered a partial refund of only $100 instead. (A third party can't unlock Mac!) eBay intervened and I eventually got a full refund. Thanks to eBay but the whole month wasted for this stupid exchange! This seller like a scammer has no regard for you
