opt4change is the eBay username of Family Treasures, a non-profit thrift store located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our parent company, Families Plus, provides respite care and a healthy family environment for those born with disabilities.

Families Plus was established as a 501(c) (3) nonprofit corporation, founded by Carol Matthews on October 31, 1994 which exists to develop and promote Home-Based, Respite and Personal Care Services to people with disabilities and their families in New Mexico. Its funding comes from Medicaid Waiver Funding, (DD Waiver), which is administered by the Health Care Financing Authority (HCFA) on the Federal level and the Long Term Services Division, Department of Health for the State of New Mexico. We started with five home based providers and over the years we have grown to serve almost 300 individuals and their families. The mission of Families Plus is to help people with disabilities and their families achieve their goals and dreams by building lasting relationships. With responsible, reliable and reasonable actions we will work together toward independence, individuality, productivity and inclusion in the community for people receiving our services.

As per eBay's new rules, we can only accept PayPal. If you're in town and visit our store, we can accept cash and credit cards!

We ship worldwide. Shipping price includes delivery confirmation (US only). We combine shipping! When you buy more than one item from us, please wait for us to send you an invoice and we will combine your purchases. International shipping is calculated based on where you live. If you would like an estimate before you bid, please don't hesitate to ask. Insurance is always optional. If you'd like to purchase insurance, just let us know before you bid or after the listing ends. We will send you an invoice.

If no insurance has been purchased, we are not responsible for damage or loss that may occur during transit. Buyer-paid return shipping is non-refundable. Refunds only on items that have been grossly misrepresented. The item will be inspected, and if the buyer's concerns are valid, a full refund (where applicable) will be issued. We will keep in contact with the buyer until the problem is resolved in a satisfactory manner.
