Terrible service. I never received the item. Seller at first apologized for the delay in shipping but said would mail by Easter; then Seller implied that the item I ordered had been shipped but that it was lost. No tracking info was provided and I did not get a response to my later messages. I had to request a refund. Item was intended as a birthday gift. Absolutely disappointing experience!

Were sorry you feel this way, but when purchased it showed a 10 handling time. This was also explained to in depth why as the seller has been dealing with cancer.
Yes your item was lost in transit with USPS and we do have the tracking number which was provided and shows a search was active. We filed a claim and got it resolved on our part. We were more than willing to go the extra mile but you were not having it. We wish you and yours well.

I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER...AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! Seller was very slow at getting the items shipped. I had to remind him to do so. He then didn't send what I ordered but sent something else instead. The items he sent cost less than what I paid and he was kind enough to keep the difference to pad his profit. When I asked for a refund, he just ignored my request.
