We ship twice a week (Wednesdays & Saturdays), We use registered air-mail from Hong Kong Post with tracking number. Christmas Mail Cut-off will be 10th Dec 2008, for those wishing your item to arrive before Christmas you are encouraged to purchase it at leas 5 days before the cut off date (before 5th Dec).

We rarely accept returns as we are confident what we send out must be of good quality as we are collectors too.
