I have a Master's Degree in Business but the most important stuff I learned was not in school. The bottom line is treat customers good, sell a quality product, make customers want to come back!

I prefer Paypal but will accept certified check or money order. Please pay within 48 hours of auction or email me with payment arrangement. Please notify me with date payment will be mailed. I had a couple customers bid on an item and never pay. In this case, I will relist item and leave appropriate feedback. I always try to contact the customer a couple times before leaving negative feedback because I believe disputes should be worked out if possible.

I try to ship out within 2 -3 days of close of auction and have been successful. Customer should receive item within 10-14 days. I try to pack everything very well and secure. I do ship internationally and estimate international shipping charges on international listings. If I have estimated low, I may have to email customer for additional shipping.

Please notify me within 48 hours of receipt of item with intent to return. If there is a problem with the order, please allow me to attempt to rectify the situation. If problem cannot be resolved, I will refund 100% money back. If there was a problem with my listing, I will also pay return shipping charges otherwise buyer pays return shipping. I insure all my higher end jewelry items when I ship to you and would expect you to insure my jewelry item if you were to send back to me.

The jewelry I sell is excellent quality. It is not always the cheapest but is good quality and competitively priced. There are many sites out there that sell nice looking jewelry for cheaper, but may not be the same quality. My profit margin is relatively low on jewelry but I love jewelry and love to sell it.
