PayPal and credit/debit cards over the phone.

Shipping information
We ship via UPS ground service (insured) usually with-in 3 business days or 5 calendar days of cleared payment. Shipping times: East Coast 1-2 days. Midwest: 3-4 days. West Coast: 5-6 days.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with-in 3 days of receipt of your rug. We will issue you a return authorization number to be written on the return package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange return shipping. Upon receipt back in our warehouse in original condition we will issue you a refund less the shipping/handling charges. All expenses you incur while returning items are non-refundable.
