Our advise to our Customers when buying Dzi beads are :
1. There must be Karmic attraction - ie. when first looked at, one must feel an attraction to that item.
2. If possible, hold the Dzi bead in your palm and you should feel warmth.
3. If possible, hold the Dzi bead on its ends with your fingers and you should feel some form of energy flow.
4. Have some general knowledge of the Dzi bead you are buying.
5. Pigmentations, patterns and designs must be well defined and balanced, with concessions catered for age marks.
6. Read proper descriptions and details, when available.
7. Buy from a trustworthy source, auction house, seller or merchant.
8. Should be within your set budget.
We have had many Customers who buy our Dzi beads from our Store items rather than auction items.
This is because our Store Items are generally the better quality and sought after types.
Some look costly but we can assure your kindself that our prices are as near as the Originating Family's offers.

Payment policy
Will Accept Paypal ( Verified Accounts only ), T/T and Wire Transfer. Local SG buyers can use ATM Transfer, Internet Banking or local SG$ checks.
Foreign Currency Money Orders ( except SG$ ), have to add US$15.00. - ( to defray Service Charges by Issuing and Receiving Banks )
Please confirm your payment method, address, S&H costs before bidding, if you are unsure.
All payments have to be made within 7 days of bid closing and for Combined Shipping, within 3 days after the last item purchase.
Buyer is responsible for all related local taxes and declarations in their destination country.
Item/s will be shipped within 48 hours upon confirmed payment and address, except for weekends and Public Holidays.

Please DO NOT send Individual Item payments for Combined Shipping Discounts. Money Orders, BidPay and Checks = please add US$15.00. We ship daily, except for weekends and public holidays. Return policy
Returns only on Misrepresentation, since most items are SPECIAL items, subjected to personal natural interpretations and opinions. Details can be found in our ME Page. Time Frame for return starts from date of actual delivery to Customer`s address. Refund amount will be excluding Shipping & Handling and other related transaction charges and costs. If unsure, please contact us for clarifications before bidding or purchase.

Shipping Details
We ship from Singapore to most parts of the World, using Singapore Post.
Due to our long relationship with Singapore Post, we are able to offer a Fixed Rate Internationally for all our Customers. - This also translates to less email traffic from Customers and us.
We have included a modest Service Fee in our S & H costs, necessary because we have a proper Sales Office and there are of course, certain manpower and overhead costs involved.
Our Customers benefit directly from this arrangement with Better Service, Prompt Responses and most importantly, Safe and Fast Deliveries.
Insurance is managed by a Third Party Insurer and we are glad that in our years of trading, we have no need to file any insurance claims yet !!!
We will issue a Shipping Advise email once payment is received, indicating the Shipping Date.
A Shipping Details email will be sent, with the Tracking Number, once the shipping is completed.
Loss / Damage / Returns
Item can be sent with Registered Mail Insurance Coverage (RMC) against loss only. - Which we Highly Recommend !!!
Without RMC , items, which are lost in the mailing process, cannot be traced.
Buyer accepts ALL RISKS WITHOUT RMC.
All damages are non-claimable. - We will ensure proper and safe packaging, however, we cannot guarantee condition at final delivery point.
Most items carry a No return policy, since most are personal items, subjected to personal natural interpretations and opinions, unless misrepresented.
We would appreciate an email within 24 hours of receipt of item from your Country’s Postal Service, commencing from the time stated on the Postal Service’s Delivery Note, with explanation \s for the return.
After our issuance of a Return Note, please send the item back to us, in original condition and packing.
Refunds will be sent, less S & H costs, when the refunded item reaches our Sales Office in Singapore.
